National Choral Singing Week
in association with Mental Health Ireland
8th to 14th October 2018
Choral events will be organised all over the country by choirs, schools and other groups to mark World Mental Health Day and
to highlight the fact that choral singing is good for your mental health!
Group singing has been scientifically proven to lower stress, relieve anxiety, and elevate endorphins. The release of these endorphins can leave you feeling completely rejuvenated.
Please get involved by sending AOIC your events – it can be an open rehearsal, a performance or a coffee morning with singing as part of it! Please get in contact with us if you’d like your event added: firstname.lastname@example.org.
